R.I.S.E. Beyond Boundaries
Program Overview
Duration: 12 Weeks
Target Group: Gender-Specific, At-Risk Youth (Ages 12-18)
Program Goals:
The R.I.S.E. Beyond Boundaries program is designed to empower at-risk youth by providing a structured, supportive environment where participants can develop essential life skills and experience personal growth. This gender-specific program focuses on building confidence, leadership, and practical skills to help youth navigate life's challenges and realize their full potential.
Program Components:
- Life Skills Workshops (Twice Weekly)
- Communication & Conflict Resolution
- Time Management & Goal Setting
- Financial Literacy & Budgeting
- Decision Making & Problem Solving
- Leadership & Teamwork
- Emotional Intelligence & Mental Health Awareness
Each week, participants will attend two workshops that focus on critical life skills such as:
- Group Excursions (Weekly)
- Surfing and Beach Outings (Building Confidence & Overcoming Challenges)
- Flying Lessons (Learning Responsibility & Teamwork)
- Financial Simulation (Practicing Money Management & Budgeting)
- Camping (Teamwork & Leadership)
- University Visits (Exploring Higher Education & Career Pathways)
Every week, participants will take part in group excursions that allow them to apply the skills learned in the workshops to real-world situations. These experiential activities will include:
Outcomes:
Participants who successfully complete the 12-week program will receive a Certificate of Completion and be eligible to graduate into advanced programs focusing on career development, mentorship, and continued personal growth.
